Hotels near the Haram
Rooms chosen by walking distance rather than star rating. You will know the hotel name and how far it sits from the gate before you pay.
Transport
Airport pickup, the Makkah to Madinah transfer and movement between sites, all booked and confirmed before you board.
Guided Umrah
A guide who speaks your language walks you through Tawaf and Sa’i, so no one in your group is left guessing in the crowd.
Ziyarah tours
Time set aside for the historic sites around Makkah and Madinah, with someone who can tell you what you are standing in front of.

Packages
How close you stay
changes the whole trip.
The distance between your bed and the Haram is the one number that shapes every day of your Umrah — especially at Fajr, and especially if you are travelling with elderly parents or small children. Start there, and we build the rest of the package around it.
Pay in instalments. You do not have to pay in one go. Spread the cost in instalments up to your travel date — message us and we will set out a schedule that works for you.
Fares move with airfare and the riyal, so we quote on the day you are ready rather than posting a price that goes stale. Message us for this month’s rate and we will send the full breakdown in writing.

How it works
Four steps, in order.
Tell us your dates
A short call or a WhatsApp chat. We will tell you what is realistic for your dates and your budget, then send a written quote — hotel name, distance, routing and total cost.
Confirm and pay
Payment comes first — the visa application and the flight booking follow it, never the other way round. You do not have to pay it all at once: instalments are welcome, spread up to your travel date.
Visa and tickets
Passport, photographs and vaccination record come to us. We file the visa, issue the tickets and hold the rooms, then tell you where each one stands at every stage.
Travel and be guided
We meet you on arrival in Saudi Arabia and stay reachable for the length of the trip, from the first Tawaf to the flight home.
